Guides online told me to simply create one myself, and "it should work as normal". It's odd, because I had already told Steam to download everything on the secondary drive D, where I have the rest of my Steam games. I save all of my Steam games and files on drive D 'cause it's 1TB. Game launches just fine, no other apparent issues. This creates the AddOn folder and other folders for settings, preferences, etc. Some troubleshooting I have already done: 1.
